Pastor
Willy J. Christome is the Senior Pastor in the District
of MOKA and is the Pastor of Saint-Pierre A/G, the Mother
Church.
PASTORAL & MINISTRY MEETINGS
(i)Pastor Christome has a monthly meeting with all those in the
ministry in our churches. The teaching is geared towards
training for the ministry.
(ii) Twice a month Pastor Christome meets the Ministry team of
Saint Pierre to talk about the ministry and to pray with them.
(iii) He also goes around the churches to meet the ministry team
of each church at least once a month.
HOME CELL
The St-Pierre A/G has 9 home cells meeting every Monday night.
We have about one hour of fellowship, prayer and sharing the
word of God. Our Cell leaders work according to a monthly plan
prepared by Pastor Christome.
SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN
We have schools for the children in all our churches. 21 lady
teachers work under the leadership of Sister Jeanine Christome,
the wife of pastor Christome. At St-Pierre A/G we have a Sunday
morning school where Sister Jeanine and 6 other lady teachers
work with the children. Sister Jeanine holds regular meetings
with the teachers for fellowship and teaching.
YOUTH MINISTRY
We have youth meetings in all our churches once a month. All the
young people of all our churches meet 3 times a year ( usually
every 3 months) for fellowship, prayer and discussions about
problems that youngsters may encounter in their lives. Different
activities are also organized in these meetings. Our Youth
leaders are very dynamic people. We have regular meetings with
them.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
(i) A weekly prayer meeting for the ladies is held every Monday
morning under the leadership of sister Jeanine.
(ii)We also have a monthly meeting for all the women of our
church for fellowship and prayer.
(iii)The ladies of all the churches also meet regularly.
EVANGELISM
(i) A weekly Evangelism Meeting is held in every church.
(ii) Special Evangelism Meetings for several consecutive days
are regularly organized in the churches.
(iii) Evangelism meetings outside the churches are organized
every year. They take place under big tents or in other public
places.
(iv) Youth musical concerts are also organized.
(v) Door to door and public distribution of gospel tracts takes
place on a regular basis.
SPECIAL MEETINGS & SEMINARS
Special meetings and seminars on Biblical topics are regularly
organized in our churches. In some occasions all the churches
join together for these meetings.
CAMPING Once a year we organize a weekend camping either for the
children, young people or the elderly ones. We do not take them
all together, but organize each group separately on different
occasions. We have not only games and sports but also seminars
on chosen Biblical topic.
REGIONAL CHURCHES MEETINGS The 5 churches meet together twice a year on 2 Sundays at Saint
Pierre A/G to have a Worship Service together. These meetings
take place usually in May and September. The 5 churches also
come together on the 31st December to praise the Lord for what
He has done during the past year and to pray for the coming
year.
