Contact hosts if you change your plans and send a " thank you" card or letter to hosts you have visited. Please don't phone hosts before 7.30 a.m or after 9.30 p.m

Travel Reductions
There is a 30% - 60% airfare reduction for the African Explorer if the ticket is bought overseas for SAA planes with 4-8 stops, travelling in a circular direction for up to one month.

WITH A Baz Buses ticket, YOU CAN HOP ON AND OFF AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE ALONG THE ROUTE. YOU GET PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF AT THE DOOR OF YOUR BACKPACKER HOSTEL
