Practical Nairobi  

One of the little known place in Nairobi is the YMCA. Situated in a verdoyant garden, in a tranquil and serene environment, one can enjoy the best garden view of Nairobi from the restaurant terrace .
The YMCA has its own restaurant a la carte - but only soft drinks, fruit cocktails are available. There is also a swimming pool.
THE YMCA is situated within half a kilometre from the Masai market ( held every tuesday ), cyber cafes, the Alliance Francaise and the matatu station.

There is a regular bus service to the central Nairobi - next to Hilton hotel

Taxis to downtown Nairobi/YMCA is around 1000 KES.
