On the 19th July 2000, as it is customary, the annual Prize Giving Day was organised. But this year, the ceremony was a bit special... The Official RCPL Website was launched, marking the zeal of the college for the new technology age.

That day, our college was honoured to greet The Minister of Education, Mr. Pillay, President of the P.T.A, Mr. Ng Cheng Hin, President of the Old Royal's Association, Mr. Vayapooree, as guests and our chief guest for the occasion was The Hons Prime Minister, Mr. N. Ramgoolam who launched the website.
