Founder and president of Hindi Lekhak Sangh (HLS) ie Hindi writers association. Assembles a large number of hindi lovers and writers with the generous intention to work for the betterment of the language and literature. He is also a registered priest of arya sabha since 1966. He is now a retired hindi supervisor of the ministry of education.
